MAGICIAN Open Call #2

The second Open Call aims to explore how MAGICIAN capabilities can be applied across five distinct use cases. The goal is to further explore and validate the performance and adaptability of the capabilities of the SR (Sensing Robot) and CR (Cleaning Robot) within new and diverse real-time production environments. 

Open Call proposals must address a specific use case designed to extend and demonstrate the applications of a maximum of 2 capabilities envisioned within the MAGICIAN framework for the future MAGICIAN solution, in innovative domains beyond the automotive sector.

Application Period:  1 December 2025 – 2 March 2026

Eligibility:

• SMEs according to EU recommendation 2003/361 and related parameters, or
• Start-up, with max. 5 years of existence and certified establishment

Funding: MAGICIAN Open Call #2 offers up to 200,000 EUR funding

FORTIS Open Calls

This initiative aims to fund innovative projects that enhance collaboration between humans and robots, increasing effiency, safety and productivity in industrial environments.

• Application Period: 17 November 2025 – 21 January 2026.
• Eligibility: SMEs, mid caps, universities and research institutions from EU member states or Horizon Europe associated countries.
• Funding: FORTIS Open Call #1 offers a contribution up to € 250,000 per project (and a maximum of € 200,000  per entity).

FORTIS Open Call #1 is closed now and the results are expected by February 2026. FORTIS Open Call #2 will be launched in 2027.

AI on Demand
