EARASHI Open Call 2 awarded projects gathered in Brussels for a one-day workshop focused on ETHICS and Data Protection.

The projects ORION, TALOS, SensorStack and LEVER gathered last Friday in Brussels ( Maison Irène et Frédéric Joliot-Curie)  together with EARASHI partners (INEGI, IKERLAN, Flanders Make, ALDAKIN, Minalogic and CEA) and Jean Herveg from HERVEG LAW FIRM.

The Brussels workshop follows an first online webinar with a general introduction to data protection (in broad terms: why data protection – how it is achieved) and an overall presentation of the various legal tools relevant to data such as, for example, the Data Act, the Open Data Directive and the draft AI Act). The Brussels workshop aims at focusing on Data flow and Data protection for each granted project and thus providing the first guidelines to elaborate each project’s Data Management Plan.
